Born and raised in Atlanta, he received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Georgia Tech and his Masters of Architecture from Virginia Tech. He has over 15 years of experience in residential design and construction. Hands-on experience with residential construction while working in a design-build firm formed a basis of practical knowledge that has shaped his practice of architecture throughout his early career. During 8 years in the office of Norman Askins and 2 years in the office of Greg Busch, he had the opportunity to work on numerous projects in Atlanta and across the Southeast.
