The permit pulled by the project architect Choo & Company calls for the combination of the two lots, construction of the new 24 unit building at 458 Washington and the conversion of the former funeral home at 460 Washington to an additional 4 units.
Brighton Development Site Acquired
First Cambridge Capital has acquired the property at 460 Washington Street in Brighton, MA for $4.31 million.
The property is fully approved by the Boston Planning and Development Agency for the renovation of the McNamara Funeral Home building for the provision of 4 residential units and new construction (22,338 square-feet) for the provision of 24 units, for a total of 28 units and 48 parking spaces on a .72-acre lot.
