Permit Pulled to Begin Construction for The Residences at Hyde Park Station  Developer Milan Patel has pulled a permit to begin construction for The Residences at Hyde Park Station. The existing 3 family home will be demolished to make way for a new 4-story mixed-use building. The project will include 24 residential units along with a small, 300 square foot office space on the ground floor. Residents will have access to 24 garage parking spaces plus a common roof deck.

Hyde Park Site Preps for Demo: Permit Pulled to Shut Off Gas Service to 11 Dana Ave. A permit has been pulled to cut off the gas to the existing building at 11 Dana Ave. in Hyde Park to prep for demo. The upcoming demo will make way for a new construction mixed-use building that was approved in March. The new project will include 24 residential units (all 2 bedrooms) along with 300 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.  The site is located just steps from the Hyde Park Commuter Rail Station.

The Residences at Hyde Park Station Approved The development at 11 Dana Street in Boston's Hyde Park neighborhood have been approved. The approved project consists of the re-development of a 14,322 square-foot lot at 11 Dana Avenue in Hyde Park. This construction of a new 4-story building with roof decks will include 24 2-bedroom residential units (8 units on each of the 3 upper floors) with a residential entry lobby, service spaces, and a 300 square foot commercial office space on the ground level. Parking is provided partially below grade and accessed via a ramp from Dana Avenue. 24 parking spaces are provided (one per residential unit) with half of the total number of spaces stacked using a mechanical stacking system. Additionally, 39 bicycle parking spaces are provided in the basement (accessible by elevator).
