$2M Plumbing & Gas Permits Pulled for Allston Mixed-Use Project Permits valued at over $2M have been pulled for the plumbing and gas install for BLDG 89 along Brighton Avenue in Allston. The upcoming mixed-use project will feature 129 apartments and 7,500 square feet of retail space. The development will also include 79 at-grade parking spaces and storage space for 138 bicycles.

Electrical Permit Issued for BLDG 89 in Allston An electrical permit valued at $870000.00 has been issued for the upcoming mixed-use project BLDG 89 along Brighton Avenue in Allston. The new building will feature 129 apartments ranging in size from studios through 2-bedrooms along with 3 ground floor retail spaces.

Demo Permit Pulled for 95 Brighton Ave. A demo permit has been pulled to raze the existing structure at 95 Brighton Ave. in Allston the demo will make way for the approved mixed-use BLDG 89 project. The new project is set to feature 129 apartments plus 7,500 square feet of retail space. 79 at-grade parking spaces and storage space for 138 bicycles will also be located on-site.

Permit Pulled to Cut Gas Service to 89 Brighton Ave. A permit has been issued to cut and cap the gas service to 89 Brighton Avenue in Allston in prep for demo. This demo would make way for the approved mixed-use project BLDG 89, to feature 129 apartments and 7,500 square feet of retail space. The project would also include parking for 79 cars and 138 bikes. Mike Samuels of Eden Properties tells BLDUP they expect to kick off demo shortly and plan to deliver units in the Spring of 2021.
