Window and Facade Install Ongoing for JFK Crossing Windows are in and the facade is being installed for the upcoming apartment building JFK Crossing along Harvard Street in Brookline. The project will include 2 retail spaces on the ground floor with 25 apartments above. 24 parking spaces are located in an underground garage and the building will also offer residents a landscaped patio and shared common space.

Interior Finishing Ongoing for A.O. Flats in JP Interior finishing and final exterior touches are underway for A.O. Flats near Forest Hills. The mixed-income community, featuring 78 apartments, is set to open in the coming months. Unit sizes include studios at around 450 square feet, 1 beds at 650-750 square feet, and 2 beds at 844-997 square feet. Community amenities will include a fitness center and bike storage.

The four-story building will feature 17 apartments, 4 of which will be designated affordable, along with over 1,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project is set to include 25 rental units, a mix of studios through three bedrooms, along with ground floor retail space and 24 underground parking spaces.  Resident amenities will include bike parking and a shared outdoor patio space. Units are expected to be ready for move in by late summer.

A one-story commercial building was demolished to make way for this new residential project.  JFK Crossing will also feature 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail and parking for 23 cars.
