Keener-Squire Properties has been a leading developer, owner and manager of luxury apartments and condominiums in northwest Washington, DC since Gary Squire and the late Claude Keener founded the company in 1984. The company has successfully developed 34 projects totaling over 2,670 rental units and for-sale condominiums, ranging in size from 4 units to 304 units. The development portfolio comprises a mix of both new construction and extensive renovations. Keener-Squire Properties has substantial in-house construction experience and capabilities, and self-performs its redevelopment projects.
