LF Style Custom Homes provides a detailed approach to building custom homes and renovating existing ones. Lennie F. Smith, a Certified General Contractor, has been designing, marketing, and developing luxury home communities in South Florida for more than fifteen years. After graduating from the University of Florida, she worked with the sales and marketing department of a large local developer. In 2000, Lennie joined Porten Companies, Inc. as Vice President of Operations. During her tenure, Porten Companies, Inc. successfully developed single family, townhome, and condominium communities throughout South Florida. These unique projects include Chambord at Frenchman’s Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens, The Estuary in Delray Beach, and City Walk at Pineapple Grove in Delray Beach. In addition, Porten Companies, Inc. designed and constructed Harbour House, four luxury townhomes on the Intracoastal in Delray Beach priced over $2.0 million.
