City Selects 575+ Unit Proposal for 2 Patterson Site The city has selected the development proposal submitted by Monument Realty, Morningstar Community Development, the May Firm, and Community Housing Partners for the development of what is currently a parking lot at 2 Patterson St. NE in NoMa. The plans call for over 575 units of housing, 325 of which would be designated affordable along with 18,000 square feet of retail, 4,500 square feet of community space, and a new park with public access.
