Over the last decade Naples Redevelopment has centralized focus in the Olde and D Downtown (Design District) areas of Olde Naples, being the initial developer to start the now popular row housing trend with the very successful Gables on 6th St South project, followed by Jumby Bay, and speculative homes in Port Royal and Olde Naples. In the Design District, Naples Redevelopment started the trend for new, modern designed architecture with the 610 Building, now Halzeden, in 2005, followed by The 41/10 Design Park on US 41 and 1st Ave N, and remodels to the old Naples Millworks and Summit Medical Building on 1st Ave South. Our focus as a company is to strive for innovative use and design, to enhance our community with structures designed to stand the test of time both architecturally and structurally.
