Facade Install Underway for 14 Unit Condo Project in South Boston Facade install is underway of the 14 unit condo building just outside Andrew Square at 33-39 Ward Street. The building will be clad in a combination of brick veneer, Arriscraft stone block, Hardiplank siding, and metal paneling at the cornice line of the building. Along with two and three-bedroom condos the building will also include a 15 space at-grade garage.

Framing Complete for Tempo Condos in JP Framing is complete and windows are going in for the Tempo Condos along Washington Street in Egleston Square. The new building will feature 39 luxury condos along with 2,560 square feet of ground-floor retail space. 20 parking spaces will also be included on-site.  Construction is expected to be completed by March 2020.

South Boston Development Receives $5.1 Million in Financing The project at 33-39 Ward Street in South Boston has been financed via Commonwealth Equity Funding for $5.1 million. The approved 5-story residential building will feature 14 condominiums, including 12 two-bedrooms ranging from 1,067 to 1,406 square feet and 2 three-bedrooms ranging from 1,644 to 2,104 square feet. 4 two-bedrooms and 2 three-bedrooms will have exclusive balconies. 2 condominiums will be designated affordable.
