Terry Manley formed New West in 2000 as a real estate investment company to identify business opportunities in the Southwest US. Since that time, the company has developed over 10,000 single family lots, built over 2,000 homes, developed 900 acres of industrial park property, and managed multiple Master Planned Communities totaling 4,100 acres. New West is committed to excellence in its work and its client/partner relationships. We value transparency and accountability above all else. Our team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work and to be creative and innovate. Results in the real estate industry are easily measured and we hold ourselves to the highest possible standards. The Company is presently active with single-family and multi-family residential projects, light industrial, office and medical.
