Since 1989, The NHP Foundation (NHPF) has developed, acquired, and renovated 17,484 housing units affordable to low and moderate income families. Today, we have 56 properties in America’s suburban areas and large urban centers. Each provides rental units at affordable rates to families of all sizes, seniors, and persons with disabilities. We currently serve more than 28,000 residents in 15 states and the District of Columbia.
