Founded in 2011, Northlight Capital Partners LLC is a real estate credit fund manager that manages capital on behalf of institutional and family office clients. Since its inception, NCP has managed and advised on the activities of multiple investment vehicles totaling more than $300 million of equity capital.
As part of our core strategy, NCP has acquired approximately $1.5 billion of loans on behalf of its clients. Generally, these credits include sub-performing loans, non-performing loans, and deficiency judgments located around the United States. Most of NCP’s loans are secured by real estate which includes industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and gaming properties as well as residential and commercial development projects.
