Grayson Lofts

Construction Kicks off for Wakefield Mixed-Use Project Construction is now underway for the Grayson Lofts at Wakefield Station, a 184-unit apartment community in Wakefield.  Located at 178 Albion St., the project is a  redevelopment of a three-story mill building that was previously used as office space. The west side of the U-shaped building will retain its office space while the east side will be redeveloped with a 3 story addition added to include the 184 units. Construction is expected to be complete in 2021.


Motiva

Motiva by NRP Group Breaks Ground Motiva is a residential development by the NRP Group in Greenbelt, MD. NRP Group reports that it broke ground on the project on March 27, despite the uncertain market due to Covid-19. The development is scheduled to deliver in 2021. 


BLVD at Revere Beach

Framing Underway for BLVD at Revere Beach Wood framing is now underway for BLVD at Revere Beach. The project will feature 145 modern apartments along with 2,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor for Bianchi’s and a coffee shop, which formerly stood on the site. Units are set to range in size from studios through 2 beds and the building will also offer numerous amenities including a saltwater pool, sky lounge, and state-of-the-art fitness center.

Tower Crane In Place for BLVD at Revere Beach The tower crane is in place for BLVD at Revere Beach, just a few blocks from the Wonderland MBTA Station. The upcoming mixed-use project will feature 145 apartments along with 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Luxury tenant amenities are set to include a courtyard with fire pits, bocce courts, saltwater pool, and pet spa.

Foundation Work Ongoing for BLVD at Revere Beach Foundation work is ongoing for BLVD at Revere Beach. The property will feature a 145-unit apartment development. The luxury homes at BLVD will offer residents an amenity package including the ability to rent sea kayaks, as well as a courtyard with fire pits, bocce courts, a saltwater pool, barbecue grills, a sky lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a cyber lounge, and a pet spa. Construction is expected to be last through 2020.

Site Work Underway for BLVD at Revere Beach With existing buildings on the site demolished, site work is now underway for BLVD at Revere Beach. The oceanfront project from developer, NRP Group, will include 145 rental apartments along with 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The luxury homes at BLVD will offer residents an amenity package including the ability to rent sea kayaks, as well as a courtyard with fire pits, bocce courts, a saltwater pool, barbecue grills, a sky lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a cyber lounge, and a pet spa. Construction is expected to be complete sometime in 2020.

BLVD at Revere Beach Secures $35.3 Million Dollar Construction Loan Capital One has provided $35.3 million in construction financing for the BLVD at Revere Beach development project. The development calls to demolish the existing buildings and replace them with a five-story wood framed structure of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and 2,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor for Bianchi’s and a coffee shop. Parking will be below.

The acquired property at 320-329 Revere Beach Boulevard is the site of approved development, BLVD at Revere Beach. The development calls to demolish the existing buildings and replace them with a five-story 145 unit wood framed structure of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and 2,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor for Bianchi’s and a coffee shop. Riverbridge North, LLC Mortgages Development Center PropertyRiverbridge North LLC has secured a mortgage for $5 million from Bay State Savings Bank. The property at 71 River Road W, in Berlin, MA is currently home to Growing Room Child Development Center, an infant - preschool program located next to the Riverbridge Development project site.
