Malden Industrial Building Trades for $10M
Oliver Street Capital has purchased 129 Commercial Street in Malden from the Piantedosi Baking Company for $10M. The nearly 50,000 square foot building, built in 1977 currently features primarily food production space with a mezzanine office area. The 1.958-acre site also includes approximately 30 parking spaces.
Winchester Industrial Property Acquired for $19.35M
In late March, Oliver Street Capital acquired the property at 43 Holton Street in Winchester for $19,350,000. The 10+ acre site is located just 20 minutes from Boston and currently features a 200,000 square foot warehouse.
Wilmington Property Acquired for $14.85 Million
The proeprty at 25 Industrial Way in Wilmington has been acquired by AEW Capital Management for $14.85 million.
The property consists of 5.76-acres of land with a 120,000 square foot warehouse/distribution center. There are 20 tailboard loading docks, 1-grade level door, and 28 feet clear ceiling height. Over 3,000 square feet office space, a 5,000 square foot cooler, and Guilford Rail Spur.
Tewksbury Building Refinanced for 12.6 Million
The property at 554 Clark Road has been refinanced by Oliver Street Capital for $12.6 million via UniBank.
The standalone building consists of 62,200 square feet of R&D/light assembly space and 40,000 square feet of office space. Construction was completed in 1986 with a partial second-floor addition added in 1989.
Andover Industrial Property Acquired for $21.3 Million
The property at 150 Dascomb Road has been acquired in a joint venture between AEW Capital Management and Olver Street Capital for $21.3 million.
The property features a 192,280 square foot industrial property located in Andover, MA. The single-story building was constructed in 2000 and sits on a 4.36-acre parcel.
