We focus on acquiring properties with a value-add component that are in markets that show strong fundamentals as well as indicators of long-term lasting growth. We create value and force appreciation by making capital improvements, enhancing management and reducing operational inefficiencies. Our goal is to create communities that our residents are proud to call home while generating returns for investors that are supplemented with rental cash flow.
