Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT I, Inc. completed the acquisition of Phillips Edison Limited Partnership’s real estate assets and asset management business on October 4, 2017 and the combined company will be known as Phillips Edison & Company (PECO). PECO manages more than $1.7 billion of gross real estate investments on behalf of Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II, Inc., a non-traded, publicly-registered shopping center REIT, as well as other companies. PECO’s proven, vertically-integrated operating platform allows it to effectively and efficiently acquire, lease and manage its properties, resulting in a history of strong operating results and great shopping experiences.
