Since that time the company has developed, owned, and/or managed in excess of 7,000 apartments and over 600,000 square feet of retail and commercial space throughout New England and on the West Coast. Today, Schochet Companies owns and/or manages over 5,000 apartments and 100,000 square feet of commercial space throughout New England. Headquartered in Braintree, MA, the company has regional offices in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Maine and employs over 150 people.

Since its inception, the company has focused on running a truly seamless, integrated real estate company that leverages the synergies derived from a high level of expertise in all of the key disciplines of real estate development, investing, and property management.
