Selfhelp Realty Group | The Melamid Institute for Affordable Housing ensures that older New Yorkers have access to safe, clean, and affordable housing with access to services that promote healthy aging.
Today, Selfhelp owns and operates 14 affordable housing residences that are home to nearly 1,500 older adults, and provides social work services to additional residences. With seven new projects under construction and pre-development, we’ll be providing safe and affordable housing for even more older New Yorkers soon.
