Interior finish work is nearly complete for the first units at The Overlook at St. Gabriel's in Brighton. The 11+ acre site offers luxury apartments ranging from studios through four-bedrooms between new construction buildings and, meticulously restored and reimagined historic buildings. First apartments are now expected to open in April and when complete the hilltop community will feature 555 residential apartments and 105 condos. The development also offers more than 22,000 square feet of community spaces including a pool, fitness center, and sky lounge.

Interior finishing is nearly complete for the first units at The Cove in Hingham with the first residents expected to move in on December 1st. The project features 220 apartments ranging in size from 1-3 bedrooms currently priced at $2410 through $5445 per month. Units feature kitchen islands with breakfast bars, dual sink vanities, and walk-in closets. Resident amenities will include a media lounge, sky lounge, fitness center, and pool.

Restoration of Historic Monastery and Church Continue at The Overlook at St. Gabriel's
Restoration work continues on the historic St. Gabriel's Monastery building and the adjacent church as part of the redevelopment of the 11.6 acre Brighton site. The project will create a total of 555 apartments which are now leasing and expected to open in the first quarter of 2020. The development will also feature 105 condos along with parking for 510 cars. Along with the housing units, The Overlook at St. Gabriel's will improve the 3-acre Olmsted Brothers-designed landscaped greenway along Washington Street.

Construction Continues on Broadstone Bare Cove
Interior finishing is ongoing for the first building within Broadstone Bear Cove while balcony install and siding is ongoing for the second building. In total the development will include 220 apartments within the 12+ acre site in Hingham. Residents will have access to a roof deck along with a boardwalk to connect the buildings to the adjacent Bare Cover Park. First units are expected to be open in late 2020.

Various Stages of Construction Ongoing for St. Gabriel's Redevelopment as Leasing Kicks Off
The redevelopment of the 11.6 acre St. Gabriel's Monastery site in Brighton is ongoing with window install and exterior work ongoing for the first new construction residential building along with framing for the latter stages of the project. Renovations are also progressing on the Monastery that is being preserved and converted to apartments as part of the development. As construction progresses, leasing has kicked off, inviting prospective residents to "be a part of history in the making".
In total the development will include 555 apartments and 105 of condominiums units. Residents will have access to 22,000 square feet of community spaces including a resort style Infinity pool with sundeck, a 5,000 SF fitness center with Peloton bikes and on-demand fitness, and a sky lounge with views of downtown Boston.

220 Unit Project Taking Shape in Hingham
Construction is rapidly progressing on the two buildings that will make up Broadstone Bare Cove, just off Route 3A, in Hingham. The project will feature 220 residential units along with many indoor and outdoor amenities including a pool and resident sky lounge. The 12-acre site sits adjacent to Bare Cove Park, a 484-acre historic town-owned park situated along the banks of the Weymouth Back River. Construction on Broadstone Bare Cove is set to be complete in late 2020.

Framing Rising for First New Construction Building at St. Gabriel's
The redevelopment of 11+ acre St. Gabriel's site in Brighton is in full swing with framing rising for the first new construction building that will part of the massive project. This first building is set to contain 127 units with plans to open later this year. At the Monastery exterior repairs are ongoing while on the inside crews are beginning the framing to transform the space into 27 apartments. Foundation work is also ongoing for Buildings 2 & 3 which are expected to be complete in fall 2020.
In total, the project will include 555 residential apartment units, and 105 of condominiums units, and around 510 parking spaces.

Saint Gabriel's Redevelopment Secures $150.165 Million in Construction Financing
The redevelopment project of Saint Gabriel's in Brighton has secured $150.165 million in construction financing via Blue Vista Capital Management.
In total the development will include around 555 residential apartment units, and 105 of condominiums units, and approximately 510 parking spaces. The center of the development will focus on the renovation and adaptive reuse of the existing St. Gabriel's Monastery and Church.

Renovations of the Boston Landmark building St. Gabriel's Monastery continue for the redevelopment of the 11.6 acre site in Brighton. The historic monastery originally built in 1909 will be converted to 27 rental units. An additional 4 new buildings will be constructed on the site to include another 524 apartments and 105 condos. The plans also call for 510 parking spaces and improvements to the landscaping and open space, around 7 acres on the site. The development will include 85 affordable housing units and 13 workforce housing units.
