Building Permits Issued for Soldiers Field Road Residential Project Two building permits have been issued for the upcoming new construction buildings at 21 Soldiers Field Place and 1550 Soldiers Field Road. The larger building at 1550 will feature 211 market-rate apartments and 149 parking spaces. 21 Soldiers Field Place will house 38 condos, all designated affordable, along with 27 parking spaces. The two buildings have been designed to be complementary and both feature ample outdoor green space.      


The Residences at Cross Point

Parking Garage in Place and Framing Nearly Complete for The Residences at Cross Point The Residences at Cross Point in Lowell are taking shape with the 320 car parking garage in place and wood framing nearly complete for the 240 unit apartment building. Units within the project will range in size from studios through 3 bedrooms. A central courtyard will offer residences access to fire pits, bocce courts, grilling areas. Interior amenities will include a fitness and yoga room, dog wash area, community room, billiards room, business office, dry cleaning exchange, and cyber café.  The building is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2020. Taurus acquires newly-built, 190-unit Wellington Parkside Apartments in Everett for over $56 million Real estate investor Taurus Investment Holdings of Boston has acquired Wellington Parkside, a 190-unit luxury apartment development in Everett completed in 2015, for over $56 million from developer SMC Management. The exact sale price is $56,007,000, or nearly $300,000 ($294,774) per unit. The Dolben Company will take over as Wellington Parkside’s property manager; Wellington Parkside was previously managed by CP Management of Watertown.
