Quincy Center Garage

Structure Nearly Complete for Quincy Center Parking Garage The structure is nearly complete for Quincy Center's new 712 space parking garage. The terracotta-clad building replaces the former surface parking along Hancock Street. A new public plaza will connect the garage to the upcoming Nova Residences Quincy.

Interior Finishing Underway for 31 North Beacon Exterior work is wrapping up and interior finishing is underway for the new mixed-use building at 31 North Beacon Street in Allston's Union Square. The project will include 20 apartments, studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms and around 2,100 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Parking for 22 cars will also be included (20 spaces for residents and 2 for the retail space).

Foundation Work Begins for New Quincy Center Parking Garage Foundation work is underway for the City of Quincy's new parking garage in the heart of Quincy Center. The upcoming 4-story building will include parking for 700+ cars. The new building will replace a surface parking lot and also feature a public plaza and improved streetscape.

The building will feature 20 apartments along with just over 2,100 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  There will also be parking for 20 cars beneath the building.

Certificate of Occupancy Issued for 18 Unit Residential Project in Dorchester A Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for the new 18 unit apartment building at 8 Banton Street in Dorchester. The new project, just a few blocks from Ashmont Station, features a mix of one and two bedroom residences ranging in size from 680 square feet to 1,125 square feet. Residents will have access to a common fitness center and indoor bike storage.

8 Banton Street in Dorchester Nearing Completion Interior finishing is wrapping up for the new 18 unit building just a few blocks from Dorchester's Peabody square.  The three-story building features a mix of one and two bedroom units. Apartments feature HW floors, stainless appliances, and balconies.Units are leasing now with construction expected to be complete within the next month.

Interior Work Underway at 8 Banton in DorchesterWith exterior work mostly complete, interior work is now ongoing at 8 Banton Street in Dorchester, just minutes from the Ashmont MBTA station.  This 18 unit project will include one and two bed units along with 27 parking spaces.  Construction is set to be complete later this summer.

New details released for proposed Ashmont mixed-use developmentDeveloper Connelly Construction has released new details and renderings of the proposed mixed-use development at 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue near Ashmont Station in Dorchester. The building would contain 20 apartment residences and approximately 1,650 square feet of ground-floor retail. The latest 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue details and renderings are posted above. Connelly has filed plans for 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project. 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue will also require variances from the City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in order to be built.

20 new Ashmont apartments proposedConnelly Construction proposes to construct a new mixed-use building at 1857-1859 Dorchester Avenue in Dorchester's Ashmont neighborhood featuring 20 residential apartments and ground-floor retail. The proposal, in its' early stages, will require approval from the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) and Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in order to proceed. Plans for the project have not yet been filed with city officials. Connelly received approval last year to construct another 18-unit apartment building at 8 Banton Street in Ashmont.
