Our focus is on creating state-of-the-art, self-storage and mixed-use developments. We have developed over 1.3 million square feet of Class-A self-storage in core, high barrier to entry markets, along the East Coast - from Boston to South Florida.
SSG has evolved over the years since its founding in 2006 as Self Storage Group (“SSG”). The company’s mission was to identify properties for redevelopment into ground up, purpose built, Class A self-storage facilities. A short time later, SSG Development was formed.
