Valante Mechanical was started by Joseph R Valante Sr in 1975, working on commercial and small commercial projects. The company grew in a very short time, because of its close relationship with local area contractors and developers. In 1981 Valante Mechanical moved into its new location and present address 32 Furnace Ave Quincy, MA.

Joseph R Valante Jr started as an apprentice for Valante Mechanical in 1980. Received his Journeyman plumber’s license in 1984 and Master Plumber’s license in 1986. He took over as President of the company in 2005. Joseph is also involved with the Greater Boston Plumbing Contractors Association, which he was elected to President.

Fire Alarm Permit Pulled for Track At New Balance A permit has been pulled to install the fire alarm system for The Track at New Balance in Brighton. The next phase of Boston Landing will feature an indoor track as well as regulation hard court and turf field space and a separate warm-up track along with seating capacity for up to 5,000 spectators. The project will also offer a 3,500 capacity music venue in partnership with The Bowery Presents. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2021.

Electrical Permit Pulled for New Balance Sports Research Lab at The Track A permit has been pulled for electrical power and lighting install at the New Balance Sports Research Lab at The Track. The Track is the next phase of the Boston Landing project and will also feature a 200-meter indoor track as well as regulation hard court and turf field space and a separate warm-up track along with seating capacity for up to 5,000 spectators. There will also be a music venue, The Bowery Present, along with ground-floor retail and restaurant options within the project. Targeted opening is Fall 2021.

The Bagel Table is Now Open at Boston Landing NB Development Group has announced the opening of The Bagel Table at Boston Landing. The project will also offer a 3,500 capacity music venue in partnership with The Bowery Presents. Construction is expected to be completed in late summer 2021.

Steel Framing Underway for The Track at New Balance Structural steel framing is underway for The Track At New Balance in Brighton. The TRACK  will offer a pinnacle sports experience for athletes, as well as a concert venue with The Bowery Presents and a New Balance Athletics Sports Research Lab. Ground floor retail and foodservice will also be part of the project. Construction is expected to be complete by late summer 2021.

80 Guest Street Refinanced for $111.5 Million The property at 80 Guest Street in Brighton has been refinanced via MetLife for $111.5 million. The newly built 10-story building features a 486,000-square-foot mixed-use building containing 230,000 rentable square feet (RSF) of Class A office and laboratory space, the 55,000-square-foot Warrior Ice Arena official practice facility of the Boston Bruins, 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and three levels of garage parking.

NB Development Group Breaks Ground on The TRACK at New Balance The first day of April marked the groundbreaking ceremony for the TRACK at New Balance. The community and project officials were in attendance including Mayor Marty Walsh. The TRACK is the next phase of the Boston Landing Development and will offer a pinnacle sports experience for athletes, as well as a concert venue with The Bowery Presents and a New Balance Athletics Sports Research Lab.  The TRACK at new balance will feature a fast hydraulically-banked 200-meter indoor track as well as regulation hard court and turf field space and a separate warm-up track along with seating capacity for up to 5,000 spectators. Ground floor retail and foodservice will also be part of the project. The music venue, developed in partnership with The Bowery Presents will have a 3,500 capacity. The TRACK at new balance is being designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and will be constructed by John Moriarty Associates. Construction is expected to be complete by late summer 2021.

The Bowery Presents Announces New Live Music Venue at Boston Landing The Bowery Presents, the leading concert promotion and venue management company in the Northeast, announced today its plans for a new 3,500 capacity concert venue to be developed at Boston Landing, a mixed-use development in Boston’s Allston-Brighton neighborhood. Set to be an anchor of “The TRACK at new balance” development, the general admission venue will break ground on April 1 with an anticipated opening in Fall 2021.
