The Boston Planning Board has approved the upcoming mixed-use project at 21-35 West 2nd Street in South Boston, just a few blocks from Broadway Station. The development will feature 55 units along with 2,600 square feet of ground-floor retail. Seven of the units will be designated as affordable and there will be 2 car sharing spaces on site. The development team, Transom Real Estate will also add outdoor seating, street lighting and sidewalk improvements to the area.
