Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Framing Back Underway for the Omni Boston Seaport Crews are back on site, working on framing for the Omni Boston Seaport. The upcoming 1,055 room hotel will be the city's fourth-largest hotel when complete. The hotel will also include 120,000 square feet of meeting and event space including two large 25,000-square-foot and 15,500-square-foot ballrooms, 35,000 square feet of restaurant space, 5,000 square feet of retail space and an 8,500-square-foot spa and fitness center.

Leasing Underway for Ora Seaport With crews back on site to complete interior finish work, leasing is also underway for Ora Seaport as part of the Parcel K mixed-use development. Apartments within the 304 unit building range in size from 434 square foot studios through nearly 1150 square foot 3 bedrooms. Prices are currently listed at $2610-$9355 per month. Amenities at Ora include a 12th floor Skydeck, fitness center, and rooftop pool.

Final Touches Underway for The Sudbury: Leasing Kicks off This Summer With leasing to kick off this summer, finishing touches are underway for The Sudbury. The 45-story tower is the first building within the nearly 3 million square foot Bulfinch Crossing development. The Sudbury will offer luxurious homes for both renters and buyers with 368 apartments & 55 condos. The condos will range in size from 1738 to 2766 square feet, with just 5 homes per floor. Condo residents will also have access to an exclusive rooftop garden on the 48th floor. Other amenities, accessible for all residents will include a resort-style pool deck with lounge areas, a wrap-around 32nd floor Sky Deck with fire pits, and a Sky Lounge.

Plumbing Permit Pulled for Verizon Offices at The Hub on Causeway A permit has been puled for plumbing work on floors 15-31, future home of Verizon at The Hub on Causeway. The project will include new plumbing for kitchenettes and shower areas within the company's 440,000 square feet. The 21-story tower is the final phase of The Hub on Causeway and construction is expected to be complete sometime next year.

CO Issued for Hub Hall at The Hub on Causeway On Monday, March 16th a temporary certificate of occupancy was issued for the 16,000 square-foot food hall, Hub Hall, at The Hub on Causeway. Curated by the Patina Restaurant Group the hall will feature 18 diverse food and drink options. A wide mix of vendors, including renowned chefs, local spots, health-conscious and indulgent offerings can all be found at Hub Hall. Notable offerings include Lily P's Fried Chicken, Mike's Pastry, Momosan Ramen, Monica’s Mercato, Sauce Burgers, Sullivan's, The Smoke Shop, and Taco Dumbo. For those looking for a drink, Hub Hall will feature The Draft by Banners, offering regularly rotating craft beer offerings, and Now Pouring Wine Bar, featuring a selection of regularly-changing wine offerings by the glass & bottle. We will be anxiously awaiting the Hub Hall's official opening.

Amenity Spaces Coming Together at The Sudbury While interior finishing is ongoing for the luxury residential units at The Sudbury, work also continues for the install of the building's pool. Along with the pool offering amazing views, residents will have access to a fitness center, clubroom, and sky lounge and terrace. Construction Continues for Omni Boston Hotel at The Seaport Construction continues for the Omni Boston Hotel at The Seaport. Framing is rising for one of the towers while facade install is ongoing on the other. The 21-story building will include 746 standard rooms and 278 innovation rooms. Hotel guests will have access to meeting and event space, a spa,  a fitness center, and 400 off-site parking spaces. With the Boston Convention Center being a main draw to the hotel, there will be access to the BCEC via an existing underground tunnel.

Foundation and Site Work Underway for One Congress Site and foundation work is underway for One Congress at Bulfinch Crossing. One Congress, the future home for State Street's headquarters will feature over 1 million square feet of Class A office space.  Amenities will include a grand three-story lobby, conference facilities, and a one-acre landscaped terrace.

$84M Fit-Out Permit Pulled for Verizon Office at The Hub on Causeway A permit valued at over $84M has been pulled for the fit-out of the upcoming Verizon offices on floors 15-31 at The Hub on Causeway. Work includes installation of new drywall and office partitions plus new bathrooms, training rooms and a cafeteria. Structural work will include the construction of a new interconnecting stairway. Finally new lighting, flooring, security systems, and finishes will be installed. Verizon will occupy 440,000 square feet of the 21- story tower, the final phase of the Hub on Causeway.

Celtics & Bruins Lease Space At The Hub On Causeway Both the Celtics & Bruins have signed leases on new office space at 100 Causeway, the third and final phase of The Hub on Causeway. Delaware North has leased 34,068 square feet on the 14th floor of the tower while Banner Seventeen LLC has leased a total of 71,154 square feet, the full 13th floor and part of the 12th floor. On a recent trip to the project for the topping off ceremony, BLDUP got an inside look at the open floor plate office space which takes full advantage of the stunning wrap-around views. “We’re thrilled that the Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, and Delaware North have chosen The Hub on Causeway as home to their front office operations. The foundation of The Hub, literally and figuratively, was built on Boston sports and has helped in solidifying this neighborhood as the sports, entertainment, and creative district for the City of Boston" Bryan Koop of Boston Properties said in a statement. Verizon will be the anchor tenant of the tower already leasing 440,000 square feet of space. Construction on 100 Causeway is expected to wrap up in mid-2021.

Facade Install Continues for Omni Seaport Framing is ongoing and facade install continues for the 1,055 room Omni Boston Seaport. The hotel is set to open in early 2021 and will offer a 24-hour fitness center, 3 dining options, a full-service spa, plus an expansive pool deck with bar. New interior renderings have also popped up on the hotel's website, giving a glimpse of the finishes guests can expect from the high-end property.
