45 on Burnett

Interior Finishing Set to Kick Off for 45 on Burnett Framing is complete, windows have been installed and drywall and plaster work are ongoing for the luxury condo project 45 on Burnett. The development team at New Boston Ventures, tells BLDUP they will be starting finishes soon on the Jamaica Plain development. The 4-story condo development was designed to meet LEED certification standards and includes 1 through 3 bedroom homes all with garage parking, elevator access, and superior finishes. The building also includes an expansive roof deck, bike storage, and an on-site gym. 45 On Burnett is located along the Southwest Corridor Park just steps from Forest Hills Station.

Windows Going in For 45 on Burnett in JP Window install is moving forward at 45 on Burnett in Jamaica Plain. The project will feature 44 luxury condos ranging in size from 740 square feet 1 beds to 1400 square feet 3 bedrooms. Resident amenities will include ample indoor and outdoor green space and a rooftop patio and fitness center. The building has also been designed to include advanced acoustical engineering to minimize sound and vibration transmission.

Framing Complete for First Half of 45 on Burnett Framing for the first half of 45 on Burnett, a luxury condo project in JP, is complete with foundation work underway for the second half of the project. David Goldman, of New Boston Ventures, told BLDUP that the building is being completed in two parts because of the layout of the site. 45 on Burnett will include a total of 44 condos along with parking for 36 cars along with common green space, a fitness center, and bike storage. The 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes will feature hardwood flooring throughout, quartz countertops, and European style cabinetry. Units at 45 Burnett are available for pre-sale now with nearly 35% already sold.

Electrical Permit Issued for The Marc An electrical permit has been issued for The Marc in Bay Village.  The project will convert the historic former church and rectory into nine condominiums. This boutique development will feature four two-bedrooms ranging from 1,800 to 2,000 square feet, and five three-bedrooms up to 2,400 square feet in size. The Marc residences will feature amenities including direct elevator access from the building’s garage, two parking spaces per residence, smart home technology, gas fireplaces and a distinctive blend of classic & timeless finishes. The Marc will open in Late 2018 and will feature four two-bedroom residences ranging from 1,800 to 2,000 square feet, and five three-bedroom residences up to 2,400 square feet in size.Residences at The Marc will be graced with amenities including direct elevator access from the building’s garage, two parking spaces per residence, smart home technology, gas fireplaces and a distinctive blend of classic & timeless finishes. Most residences at The Marc will feature private outdoor space; the building's two penthouse residences will feature private roof decks.The Marc is located in the heart of Bay Village, steps from the Back Bay, the South End, the Theatre District, Beacon Hill and Downtown Boston. Choose Boston completes 9 Jeffries, new-construction technology-laden Jeffries Point condominiums Choose Boston has completed construction of 9 Jeffries, a new-construction boutique condominium building located in Jeffries Point steps from the East Boston Waterfront featuring three residences laden with the latest smart-home technology and intricate finishings. Visitors to 9 Jeffries are greeted with a detailed grey, black and white tile floor, the first of the building’s many exquisite features. Each residence is designed around an open living concept, with hardwood flooring and luxurious kitchens topped off with a unique LED lighting system with the capability to shine in multiple colors, as well as a strobe mode, making for a one-of-a-kind entertaining experience.Other cutting-edge 9 Jeffries features include a natural gas fireplace in each unit and intricate, custom-designed woodwork locally designed and manufactured by Grain Wood Shop of East Boston, including sliding barn doors and a floating staircase. New Boston Ventures acquires 23,136-square-foot Bay Village church and rectory building, future home of The Marc condos, for $11.4 million Residential developer New Boston Ventures, proponent of the conversion of the former Holy Trinity German Catholic Church and rectory in the South End into The Lucas condos, has acquired 25-29 Isabella Street in Bay Village, the former Our Lady of Victories Church and rectory, for $11.4 million from Marist Fathers of Boston. Hingham Institution for Savings provided $15,562,500 of financing towards New Boston Ventures’ acquisition of the five-story, 23,136-square-foot building. The church originally opened in 1883, the year the building was built, and closed in 2016. New Boston Ventures will convert the building into The Marc, a new condominium development. Amenities and unit count for The Marc have not yet been revealed; a preliminary rendering is posted above.
