ZPROEKT was established in 2003 in South Brooklyn. Our firm specializes in residential, mixed use, retail, hospitality, and office commercial projects. We have a dynamic, client-oriented approach through all phases of the project from schematic design, design development, construction administration to final completion. From the beginning we set out to prove that intelligent, exciting and evocative architecture can be made in the real world, with real world constraints. Relying on the participatory atmosphere of a studio, our process involves clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors in the development of buildings which respond to desire, function and budget.
