1.1 Million SF+ Somerville "Gateway" Project Site Sold for $200 Million
Spaulding & Slye Investments has sold 120, 160, 200, and 216 McGrath Highway in Somerville to for $200,000,000. Currently in planning, the 3+ acre site will feature a mixed-use project featuring SF of floorspace. Named "Gateway Innovation Center," plans call for a 3-building development - between 18 and 23 stories - featuring SF of life science space, SF of office space, and a 330-key hotel.
