$1.2 Billion Loan Secured for Cambridge Crossing
DivcoWest has secured a loan worth $1,225,000,000 for 350 and 450 Water Street in Cambridge, part of Cambridge Crossing. The financing was furnished by JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and a subsidiary of 3650 REIT.
Part of the Cambridge Crossing development, 350 and 450 Water Street will feature a combined 915,000 square feet of office and lab space leased by Sanofi. Upon completion, Cambridge Crossing will feature 2.1 million square feet of state-of-the-art science and technology office space, 2.4 million square feet of residential space with 2,400 residential units.
