$1.3 Million Change Occupancy Permit Pulled for Piano Craft Guild
A change occupancy permit valued at $1,300,000 has been pulled for the Piano Craft Guild residential building in Roxbury to convert a glassblowing space into 13 additional apartments. The total number of residential units in the rent-controlled building will increase to 190.
Built in 1899, the 171,200 SF apartment building currently features 177 units across 4 stories. Located on Tremont Street in Boston's South End, the complex is within close proximity to Back Bay Station, Massachusetts Ave MBTA Station, and the Ruggles commuter rail station.
