1.36-Million Square Foot Industrial Park in Minneola, Florida Clears First Hurdle
Camp Lake Commerce Center, an industrial park in Minneola, Florida that will offer 1,360,500 of space on a 163-acre site has gained approval from Minneola Planning and Zoning Commission. The project goes before the Minneola City Council in December 2024. The park will be constructed in phases. The first phase will include two buildings - 82,700 square feet and 195,320 square feet. Site plans call for five more buildings ranging from 140,000 square feet to 336,000 square feet around Camp Lake. The expectation is to break ground on the first phase in May 2025.
