$1.5M Plumbing Permit Issued for Phase 1 of 280-290 Warren St. Project
A plumbing permit worth $1,500,000 has been issued to 8 Clifford Street, part of the first phase of development of 280-290 Warren Street in Roxbury. Plans call for 51 mixed-income units along with ground-floor commercial space and 72 parking spaces. Phase Two will construct 44 elderly housing units with 4,050 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
