$1 Million Construction Loan Issued to Approved Riverside Square Multifamily Project
has secured a construction loan valued at $1,000,000 from the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation for 336 Bullocks Point Avenue. Named "The Residences at Riverside Square" plans call for a 3-story development featuring 16 residential units next to the Riverside RIPTA stop facing Riverside Square in East Providence.
