1 Nassau Place Waiting on Follow-Up Votes
Applicant, 1 Nassau Place LLC, is requesting zoning certifications in order to facilitate a Class-A distribution center, at 1 Nassau Place in Staten Island's Richmond Valley neighborhood. Currently, in public review, the proposal was already evaluated by the District 3 Community Board and is now waiting on follow-up votes. Once these votes are tallied, the application will be sent to the City Planning Commission (CPC) for further review.
