1 National Street in Milford Sold for $52.7M, Future Amazon Distribution Center

NR 1 National Street, LLC - an affiliate of Nuveen Real Estate, has bought 1 National Street for $52,700,000 from the owner, New Mill Capital. 

The site is under construction in preparation for a 320,000 SF build out to become an Amazon distribution center after the company signed a lease of the property in July of 2020.
