$10 Million Refi Secured for Sheraton Hotel Framingham
Framingham Hotel Lender, LLC - an affiliate of XSS Hotels - acquired a mortgage for $10,000,000 from People's United Bank.
The bank, which owned the first mortgage on the hotel, acquired the property in a December auction through J.J. Manning Auctioneers for $15 million. XSS Hotels now owns the hotel/convention space.
Sheraton Hotel Framingham features 255,266 SF, 376 rooms, and is a castle-themed event space conveniently located off the Mass Pike.
