OPI Realty Trust sold 1 Montvale Avenue in Stoneham to Thibeault Development for $6,650,000. A 4-story, Class-A office building located in Stoneham, 1 Montvale Avenue features 103,794 SF of space and is tenanted by Mass Eye and Ear, Boston Children's Hospital, and the Internal Revenue Service.
"The IRS will be vacating in November at which time we will be looking to lease up the vacated space with medical tenants," said Della Thibeault, director of real estate at Thibeault Development. The property is situated within close proximity to the Northern Expressway, I-93.
