100 Forge Fully Leased Out
100 Forge - part of the larger Arsenal Yards redevelopment project in Watertown - has been fully leased to Abata Therapeutics, Affini-T Therapeutics, Curie Therapeutics, Remix Therapeutics, and Vigil Neuroscience. The development - still under construction - will yield 165,600 square-feet of life science space across a 9-story building and is expected to be available in Fall 2022.
