NUBA Residences Update 06/16/22

100+ Unit NUBA Residences Approved for Construction in Nubian Square

Urbanica Development has won approval for the NUBA Residences in Roxbury’s Nubian Square. The new building will include 114 units with both rental and homeownership units, 7,500 square feet of commercial space including a proposed 3,000 square foot Museum/ Gallery/ Café, and 7 live-work units. Plans also call for a public park to be tentatively called “Roxbury Gateway Park”.
