1002 South Racine Avenue Approved
The city council has approved a new mixed-use building in Roosevelt Square. Adding a six-story building off of South Racine Avenue. The new development will bring 10,000 SF of retail and 67 residential apartment units. There will be 50 market-rate apartments and 17 affordable residential units. Lush landscaping will make the modern building fit into the growing neighborhood.
