100K SF Lab Project Planned in Fort Point
Plans are under review for a 9-story lab project at 7 Channel Center in Fort Point. The roughly 100,000 square foot building would include ground floor lobby and retail space with no parking on-site. While the project includes the demolition of the existing building the facades on the first three floors of the new building will be reconstructed with existing materials.
