Alduwaliya has acquired the property at 101 Summer Street in Downtown Crossing for $37.4 million. The property features a five-story, 60,472 square foot office building with ground-floor retail built in 1899 and renovated in 1998.
Also known as the Church Green Building, 101 Summer Street sits just steps from South Station. The building features approximately 10,000 square foot floor plates, a granite facade, and Class A interior finishes.
