$106M in Construction Financing Secured for Takoma Park Multifamily
Douglas Development has closed on a total of $106.6M in construction financing for the upcoming multifamily project located along Laurel St. in Takoma Park. Plans call for a 5-story + penthouse building to include 353 apartments. The development will include 34 affordable units.
