$10M Construction Loan Secured for Everett Multifamily Project
While early stage construction kicked off a few months ago, United Properties has now secured $10M in construction financing for 30 Beacham Street in Everett via North Shore Bank. The project will convert the former Exxon office building into 51, modern, 1-bedroom apartments. The building, just a few blocks from the Encore Resort, will also offer a roof deck and fitness center for residents.
