$10M Mortgage Pulled for Proposed 26-Unit Mixed-Use Project in Amherst
40 University Drive, LLC - an affiliate of Amherst developer Barry Roberts - secured a construction mortgage for $10,042,500 from Florence Bank to develop a vacant site off University Drive.
The project calls for a 3,660 square-foot restaurant, named "Savannas Amherst Bar and Bistro", and a 26-unit, three-building apartment on the 1.12-acre lot.
