$10M Reno Permit Pulled for Back Bay Multifamily
A permit valued at $10,821,112 has been pulled for renovations to The Barclay along Commonwealth Avenue in Back Bay. Renovations to the historic building will including new kitchens and bathrooms along with updates to plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. The project will also add 5 units to the building increasing the unit count from 58 to 63 residences.
