11-Acre Alewife Site Acquired for $120M
Healthpeak Properties has closed on yet another acquisition in Cambridge. This time buying a series of properties along Mooney Street & Smith Place from Cabot, Cabot, & Forbes for $120M total. The properties feature a total of 11.84-acres. Cabot, Cabot, & Forbes acquired the site just over 3 years ago in August 2018 for around $79M.
