11 new townhouse condominiums proposed in Roxbury
Developer Robey Street LLC proposes to construct four residential buildings along Robey Street in Roxbury, located steps from the Uphams Corner commuter rail station, featuring 11 townhouse condominium residences. All residences would be three-bedrooms spread across three levels, each with one on-site vehicle parking space. Robey Street LLC has filed plans for the proposed project with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project.
