11-Story Affordable Housing Project Gains Windows in Norwood

, utilizing the manpower and expertise of facade contractor, FSNY Envelope LLC, is currently installing windows on an 11-story, mixed-use development, going up at 3118 Webster Avenue in the Norwood neighborhood of the Bronx.
